The project
The electrical design covers an NH₃ compressor circuit with an ABB ACS880 drive, the oil heater, and the wiring of the drive’s speed reference, current feedback, run and fault signals to the PLC. On the control side, the power supply with 24 VDC distribution, fuse groups and PLC I/O groups are defined together with cable colour legends and group tags.

Result
Because the same team prepared the electrical design, panel layout and PLC software, labels and I/O addresses match one to one at every stage, making site assembly and later maintenance easier.
